The Miyoo Mini Plus and PowKiddy RGB20S are both cheap vertical Linux handhelds. They cost about the same, but they use different chips and have different strengths.
Performance
The Miyoo Mini Plus uses a SigmaStar SSD202D with 128 MB of RAM. The RGB20S uses a RockChip RK3326 with 1 GB of RAM. The RK3326 in the RGB20S is the stronger chip, reaching N64 and Dreamcast as mostly playable for easier titles, while the Miyoo Mini Plus stops cleanly at SNES and PS1.
Screen
Both have a 3.5 inch 640x480 IPS panel, so the display quality is essentially the same.
Battery
The Miyoo Mini Plus has a 3000 mAh swappable battery. The RGB20S has a 3500 mAh battery. The RGB20S lasts a bit longer.
Which should you buy?
Choose the Miyoo Mini Plus if you want the smaller, lighter device with the excellent OnionOS software and your library is Game Boy through PS1. Choose the RGB20S if you want the stronger chip and a bit more N64 and Dreamcast capability for roughly the same money.
