The AYN Odin 2 and Retroid Pocket 5 are the two Android handhelds most people consider when they want serious PS2 and GameCube performance. The Odin 2 is the more powerful and more expensive option.
Chipset and emulation ceiling
The Odin 2 runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with up to 16 GB of RAM. It grades GameCube, Wii, 3DS, and PS2 as fully playable, and even reaches into Switch territory. The Retroid Pocket 5 runs on a Snapdragon 865 with 8 GB of RAM, which handles GameCube, Wii, and PS2 well but has less headroom on the hardest titles.
