The RG35XX Plus and RG35XX 2024 are two versions of the same budget vertical handheld. They share the same Allwinner H700 chip and the same 3.5 inch 640x480 IPS screen, so performance is identical.
Performance is the same
Both run on an Allwinner H700 with 1 GB of RAM and both reach N64 and Dreamcast as mostly playable. If you are choosing between them, emulation is not a factor.
Battery
This is the main difference. The RG35XX Plus has a 3300 mAh swappable battery. The RG35XX 2024 has a smaller 2600 mAh battery. The Plus lasts noticeably longer.
